The Power is the strength of the contact lens. The minus sign means the prescription is for nearsightedness (myopia) while a plus sign means the prescription is for farsightedness (hyperopia).
Base Curve
The Base Curve (BC) is the shape of the contact lens as recommended by you optician which is precriped to match the curvature of your cornea.
Diameter
The Diameter is the size of the contact lens as recommended by you optician. This is the distance in millimeters from one edge of the lens to another.
Axis
The Axis is only required for Toric lenses. It is the location of your astigmatism and is measured in degrees.
Cylinder
The Cylinder is also only required for Toric lenses. It is the strength of your astigmatism. The minus sign means myopic astigmatism while a plus sign would mean hyperopic astigmatism.
Color
This detail is only included if your contact lenses are meant to change or enchance your eye color
